This is an appeal from the judgment of sentence of the Lancaster County Court of Common Pleas. Appellant, Jesse Franklin Trimble, was found guilty after a jury trial of rape, involuntary deviate sexual intercourse [hereinafter IDSI], incest and corruption of the morals of a minor. The convictions arose out of appellants sexual contact with his four-year-old daughter. We take up the case below.
