This case comes to us on appeal from the Court of Common Pleas of Philadelphia County, and involves the defendant-appellants appeal of his conviction of multiple counts of forgery for his part in an extensive fraudulent check cashing scheme. The defendant was convicted by a jury of 65 counts of forgery. He was sentenced to four (4) to ten (10) years imprisonment by the trial court.
